Shipping policy

When are orders shipped? 

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order being purchased and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed.
  • All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9am - 8pm.
  • Baitul Couture cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Baitul Couture's control.

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, and freight forwarders.
  • Items purchased from Baitul Couture may be shipped internationally. At this time international purchases do not qualify for free shipping discounts or services.
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 

Can I modify my shipping address?

  • If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please email us at customercare@baitulcouture.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your shipping or delivery information.
  • Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
  • Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

  • For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery due to the value of some of our items. We cannot make any exceptions if a signature is required.
  • There may be multiple delivery attempts made on business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

What happens if I believe my package is lost or stolen? 

  • Baitul Couture Company (baitulcouture.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been sent to the carrier, all issues with shipping must be resolved with the carrier.
  • The carrier will generally determine if your package(s) can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
  • If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS or UPS to resolve the problem, or visit the appropriate web address below to find specific information on missing mail. 
  • If you live in an apartment or condominium please contact your residence if you cannot locate your package.
  • If your tracking status says "delivered" and the package is not there, wait up to 3 days to see if the delivery status is updated by the carrier. 

Will my purchase qualify for free shipping discounts or services

  • When Baitul Couture Company offers shipping discounts or services only orders delivered in the United States will qualify for these services.
  • When Baitul Couture Company provides shipping discounts or complimentary services, a minimum purchase amount will be required. This requirement will be clearly specified.
  • When Baitul Couture Company offers shipping discounts or services we will only cover complimentary shipping up to $15.00. Shipping services over this amount will not be covered by Baitul Couture Company and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees over $15.00. 
  • When Baitul Couture Company provides shipping discounts or complimentary shipping, other discounts, promotions, and special offers cannot be combined with these benefits. 

Note: There may be instances where shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. When this occurs, we will take efforts to advise customers via emails sent directly to customers and/or by providing updates on baitulcouture.com
