Local Delivery

We are so excited to bring fashion to your doorstep fast! Baitul Couture Boutique & Designer Consignment delivers locally for free to the city of Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding counties. Orders must total $150.00 or more to qualify for free local delivery. 

Here's how to order locally:

  • Fill up your cart with the fashion you love
  • Begin the checkout process on our website
  • Choose Local Delivery, you will see it as a shipping option.

Delivery Times:

  • Normal delivery times are 9am-7pm, Monday-Saturday. Delivers will be made within 24-48 hours of purchase.
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the 'Special instructions for seller' section on the 'Your cart' page. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Note: We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.

If No One is Home: 

  • Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the package may be left in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. 

Incorrect Addresses: 

  • If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Baitul Couture Boutique & Designer Consignment is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling an Order: 

  • Orders are processed within 12-24 hours and usually cannot be changed. 
  • Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.
  • We our unable to cancel or change orders en route or that have been delivered.
  • To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please Contact Us. 

Recipient May be Contacted: 

  • In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery. Due to the high value of many of our items we want to ensure that the recipient receives the package. 

*We are not responsible for packages once the confirmation text has been sent confirming delivery.
